It's Farm Dog Friday!!

IT'S FARM DOG FRIDAY!!!

Oscar can't sleep. He tosses and turns, jumps at the slightest sound, and stands on our heads seeking comfort (at 2am).

The cause of his distress? Dreams, I suppose. If we could reach into his brain and create an image of his fears, this is what it would look like: a favorite blanket, a favorite window, and...A BABY!! AAAAAAAUUUUUUUGGHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!

If you really read the hound's body language in this picture, you'll notice that he's fully aware something is happening behind him, but the tension in his muscles indicates that he's too afraid of what he'll see should that long nose swivel around to face the monster. Instead, he chooses to gaze outside at his farm and find a mental 'happy place.'

Happy place, indeed. The baby isn't THAT bad; we kind of like him. But it's impossible to pass up the opportunity for a humorous 'monster Henry' picture; admit it, you'd capture the image, too!
